(This was done as a part of SPARK-1606)
Due to the commit specified above --arg is no longer needed, hence rendering
the documentation obsolete.
On providing '--arg' the job fails and no correct error message is thrown to
user.
Please update the documentation ASAP as is it is causing quite a lot of
confusion and also correct the error message if --arg is specified.
