[~crazyjvm] I had no idea we actually supported that, I don't think it was a
widely used option. We should try to add a backwards compatible fix, but in
general SPARK_MASTER_IP is not meant to set the master for clients connecting
to Spark, it's meant to set it for the cluster Worker's.
