Hi Sean,
I think it is a real problem only thing is I am unable to pin point it.
Looks like others also have had similar issues... first I detected there
were some issues with my https proxy config after I fixed that it it was
able to download everything over https ..tested using curl but but spark
build will still not work.
Later upgrading my maven version to 3.2.2 and fixing the https proxy issue
seems to have resolved it.
