The EC2 scripts actually fetch a package that is built by hand, so we'd need to
add that in the next build of it. It would be nice to automate this (might do
it as we add support for more cloud providers too).
Also, last time I checked, spark_ec2 in master was pointing to an old AMI, so
that might've been a source of problems.
