Summary: Release all BlockFetcherIterator upon task

BlockFetcherIterator retains ReferenceCountedBuffers returned by
client.fetchBlocks. Those buffers are released when the iterators are traversed
fully. In the case of task failures or completion without depleting the
iterator, this could lead to memory leak.
