The build instructions in the README are outdated. The instructions on
http://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/building-with-maven.html are more up to
date.
If SPARK-3039 gets merged, the maven property `avro.mapred.classifier` (which
determines which API version of Hadoop the avro-mapred artifact expects) should
also be documented.
