For alter column command, we have the following tokens.
TOK_ALTERTABLE_RENAMECOL
TOK_ALTERTABLE_ADDCOLS
TOK_ALTERTABLE_REPLACECOLS
For data source tables, we should throw exceptions. For Hive tables, we should
support them.
