In {{OnlineLDAOptimizer}}'s {{submitMiniBatch}} method, we create a list of ids
{{val ids: List[Int]}} before calling {{variationalTopicInference}}, which then
creates a duplicate set of ids. {{variationalTopicInference}} should reuse the
same set.
