There is no unit test for KMeansSummary in spark.ml.
Other items which could be fixed here:
* Add Since version to KMeansSummary class
* Modify clusterSizes method to match GMM method, to be robust to empty
clusters (in case we support that sometime) (See PR for [SPARK-13538])
