Ran {{./dev/mima}} on {{branch-2.0}}. Result for {{mllib}}:

against org.apache.spark:spark-mllib_2.11:1.6.0  (filtered 500)

Will proceed to audit each MiMa exclude added since `1.6.0` to ensure no 
incompatible changes introduced by mistake.
