A checkpointed (materialized) VertexRDD throws the following exception when
collected:
java.lang.ArrayStoreException:
org.apache.spark.graphx.impl.ShippableVertexPartition
Can be duplicated by running:
{code:scala}
graph.vertices.checkpoint()
graph.vertices.count() // materialize
graph.vertices.collect()
{code:xml}
