Description: Since SPARK-15617 deprecated {{precision}} in
{{MulticlassClassificationEvaluator}}, many ML examples broken. We should use
{{accuracy}} to replace {{precision}} in these examples. (was: Many ML
examples broken since we deprecated `precision` in
MulticlassClassificationEvaluator.)
