This change moves the section about preview releases up under the downloads
section. It also populates the dropdown with an entry for preview releases like
2.0.0-preview, but, will default to the latest stable release.
This also fixes some minor JS problems, updates the download tarball variants
(e.g. hadoop 2.7) for 2.0, and also updates the release notes section to have a
more accurate format and title, and only show notes for stable releases.
Change is included as a patch because it affects the ASF site in SVN.
Screenshots of the key sections changed are attached.
