As a point of process, we'd need to be careful that the other work is OK to
include in this project and potentially update license information. That won't
be an issue here. The other project should be careful about packaging an
artifact called "org.apache.spark.graphx2" as it's not actually Apache or
GraphX (and don't think the package is chosen to access package-private code,
because it's not the same pacakge). I also am not sure if GraphX is being
updated at this point, but will see.
