A filter condition is the predicate expression specified in the WHERE clause of
a SQL select statement. A predicate can be a compound logical expression with
logical AND, OR, NOT operators combining multiple single conditions. A single
condition usually has comparison operators such as =, <, <=, >, >=, ‘like’, etc.
