[~nchammas] no idea what happened there, because when I build the docs/ folder
now it does correctly generate the .html file. Because the file hasn't changed
at all, and because it seems like just an issue in building/deploying docs to
the site, I'm going to just patch this in the spark-website repo. I think the
docs source is correct.
