Sean Owen resolved SPARK-17313.
    Resolution: Not A Problem

I think this is based on the misconception that client mode means running the 
client outside a cluster. Some of the rest of the use cases are supported by 
Livy, and so I don't think there's a purpose in reimplementing them in Spark.
