The pr is still open. 
I want to discuss it with someone who thinks the http sink is useful. However, 
it seems that nobody is interested in it. Maybe It is because Structure 
streaming is a new feature. 
My team likes this feature very much and plans to widely use it in my company. 
HttpSink is one of my users' requirements, I hope we can support it. I don't 
know what I should do next.
