hi, [~yhuai] and [~sowen], i see there is a jira SPARK-2706. Why i filed a new
one is because i think we should upgrade the hive version but not support all
hive versions since hive has backwards compatibility and it will lead to
complexity while to support all versions. My PR upgrade hive version to 0.13.1
for both hive module and hive-thriftserver module
