When Spark Application is restarted spark.yarn.credentials.file is set to
hdfs://node/user/*****/.sparkStaging/application_someotherApplicationId/credentials-d8c33609-72f9-4770-9e50-aab848424e62
Streaming Application with check-pointing enabled.
