We are currently detecting the changes in {{./R}} directory and then trigger
AppVeyor tests.
It seems we need to tests when there are some changes in
{{./core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/r}} and
{{./sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/api/r}}.
