I am launching a spark application on a mesos master in cluster mode using the
SparkLauncher. This returns the handle (SparkAppHandle) . However when i try to
check the state using handle.getState() it is always UNKOWN even though the job
was submitted and completed successfully.
I'am using spark 2.1.0
