*Workaround*:

this way need change lots of code.
# Set [OracleDialect scale to
0|https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/v2.1.0/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/jdbc/OracleDialect.scala#L40],
this way loss scale.
I prefer to 2, default scale is 10, if user occur this issue, they can set it
to 0.
