so, the ghprb has it's own agenda regarding posting: it likes to post tests
starting, passed and failed w/no real extra info.
if you look at spark/dev/run-jenkins-tests.sh you can see all of the additional
stuff that gets posted through the sparkQA bot.
i don't think we can completely kill the duplicate postings, but maybe instead
remove the duplicate information contained in the two bot postings, and then
just deal w/extra chatter from the bots (ie: one post to say tests started,
and a second post w/more detail).
to be honest, i don't know if there's a really, truly clean way of doing this
short of massive changes to the ghprb plugin. :\
