I test on a dataset of about 13M instances, and found that using
`treeAggregate` give a speedup in following algs:
OneHotEncoder ~ 5%
StatFunctions.calculateCov ~ 13%
StatFunctions.multipleApproxQuantiles ~ 9%
RegressionEvaluator ~ 8%
