Questions should start on the mailing list.
Internal address meaning the interface that's not publicly routable?
Are you looking for env variables like SPARK_LOCAL_IP? It controls what 
interface the whole UI binds to, IIRC. Are you saying the UI is binding to one 
host/IP but rendering links to another?
