       Summary: Doc spark.shuffle.file.buffer units are kb when no units 
specified  (was: Setting spark.shuffle.file.buffer will make the shuffle fail)

This used to be "spark.shuffle.file.buffer.kb" and for backwards compatibility, 
values without units are interpreted as kb. It is a little funny, as a result, 
that 32 and 32k end up being the same value. 

You can update the doc, but, the intent is that one always uses units and that 
it won't make sense to specify values less than 1k anyway. If you do, ideally 
update lots of similar configs' docs.
