[~aash] -- depending on the hardware reqs, we might be able to make this
happen. we have some "extra" hardware, so a small (3-5 server) dedicated spark
e2e test cluster could be deployed. we're still in the process of building out
our new infrastructure and will have a better idea of what we will have
available for this really soon.
