The current behavior of the "Show Additional Metrics" button is a little
confusing and has been noted by some ([~andrewor14]) to be annoying. Instead,
we should have an option at the top labeled "(De)select all" that selects or
deselects all of the options. Clicking "Show additional metrics" should not
change whether any of the metrics are shown/hidden.
