One of TODOs in {{GenerateUnsafeProjection}} is "if the nullability of field is
correct, we can use it to save null check" to simplify generated code.
When {{nullable=false}} in {{DataType}}, {{GenerateUnsafeProjection}} removed
code for null checks in the generated Java code.
