[~hvanhovell] not necessarily related to this ticket but is there a ticket for
planned dependencies shading in spark 3.0? I'd love to watch that one. Unshaded
guava in whatever version is a big pain in spark notebooks (spark-shell) which
resolves deps directly from artifactory.
