Resolution: Duplicate
It sounds like it may be the same issue reported, and being worked on, in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-4592 . At least, both concern "why
does I see Duplicate worker ID" messages? since the latter is active with a PR
and this isn't, I suggest making this a duplicate.
