[SPARK-19995|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-19995] only fix same
problem in yarn mode, but there are many cases which need to run in local mode.
For example, user want to create a table. Local mode much easier than launching
an AM in yarn.
bin/spark-sql --proxy-user x_user --master local
But it doesn't work:
