The Spark EC2 scripts don't currently allow users to specify a placement group.
We should add this.
EC2 placement groups are described in
http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/placement-groups.html
This should not require updating the mesos/spark repo since its self contained
in spark_ec2.py.
