Mllib's Prefixspan - run method - cached RDD stays in cache.
val dataInternalRepr = toDatabaseInternalRepr(data, itemToInt)
.persist(StorageLevel.MEMORY_AND_DISK)
After run is comlpeted , rdd remain in cache.
