Because it caused a problem that Hive enabled session is restarted. I talked
with [~yumwang] and looks it does not fix an actual usecase but the fix breaks
one actual usecase. The fix and root causes were not perfectly understood so I
rather reverted.
Is there an actual case broken or fixed by this PR? If so, I don't object to
restore this as I explained in the PR.
