Currently, our testing script does not allow run a specific test. There are
some non-official ways, for instance,

SPARK_TESTING=1 ./bin/pyspark pyspark.sql.tests.test_pandas_udf_scalar
ScalarPandasUDFTests
{code}
It should be good if we can do such things via the same testing script,
{{python/run-tests}}.
