HI, Sean, I appreciate your feedback on the POC change set. I'm attaching an
update splitting the change set into 2 parts:
(1) diff.reduceLoadLatency: the code to reduce the model load latency, and
(2) diff.scoreInstance: the code to predict for a single feature value set.
