Fix Version/s: 2.4.0
Hi, [~junjie]. Thank you for reporting, but SPARK-24137 already provides
`SPARK_LOCAL_DIRS` support. Please try `SPARK_LOCAL_DIRS` in Apache Spark
2.4.3. And, feel free to reopen this if you have an issue at there.
