Currently, Spark does not have a `random()` function. Postgres, however, does.
For instance, this one is not valid:
{code:sql}
SELECT rank() OVER (ORDER BY rank() OVER (ORDER BY random()))
{code}
Because of the `random()` call. On the other hand, [Postgres has
