We have found some issues in the Parquet release {{1.11.0}}. I'm preparing
{{1.11.1}} to fix them. See PARQUET-1774 for details.
Feel free to create parquet issues and reference them in the release Jira if
you think they are required in {{1.11.1}}. Please note that it will be a patch
release meaning it shall contain only fixes for issues introduced in {{1.11.0}}.
Also, created a snapshot with the current fixes for {{1.11.1-SNAPSHOT}} in the
repo [https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots].
