The external spark-csv library is only intended for Spark 1.x ,so is there any
plan to work on this issue?
Since we are also stuck at a similar issue with Spark 2.1 (ie quote all non
numeric columns) and looks like upgrading the Spark version to 2.4.4 also didnt
help.
