A plan after `analyzer` with `typeCoercionRules` may produce many `cast`
expressions. we can combine the adjacent ones.
For example.
create table test(a decimal(3,1));
explain select * from test where a*2-1>1;
== Physical Plan ==
Filter (CAST(CAST((CAST(CAST((CAST(a#5, DecimalType()) * 2),
DecimalType(21,1)), DecimalType()) - 1), DecimalType(22,1)), DecimalType()) > 1)
HiveTableScan [a#5], (MetastoreRelation default, test, None), None
