Well, the question looks like two folds.
1. The user provided Hadoop distribution is in the same location at the website.

2. A document running it on the existing Hadoop 2.7.1
I guess you are using YARN. Then, see here and please check
`spark.yarn.populateHadoopClasspath` related stuff.
