Description:
There are commands such as "CREATE TEMP VIEW", "ALTER VIEW AS", "CREATE TEMP
VIEW USING", etc. where the temporary view is resolved when the command runs.
Instead, the analysis should be moved to the analyzer.

Currently, the session catalog can store a local/global temporary view in two
different ways: an analyzed plan or TemporaryViewRelation storing CatalogTable.
This JIRA keeps track of subtasks that make storing temporary views consistent,
by always storing TemporaryViewRelation.
