This issue tracks effort on introducing UpdatingSessionIterator, which analyzes
neighbor elements and adjust session information on elements.
This issue also introduces UpdatingSessionExec which is the physical node on
leveraging UpdatingSessionIterator to sort the input rows and updates session
information on input rows.
