Description:
Extend the DayTimeIntervalType class and add two parameters that should specify
the start and end fields in the type. This will allow to support of the
following sub-types:
# INTERVAL DAY
# INTERVAL DAY TO HOUR
# INTERVAL DAY TO MINUTE
# INTERVAL HOUR
# INTERVAL HOUR TO MINUTE
# INTERVAL HOUR TO SECOND
# INTERVAL MINUTE
