Description:
Add error classes to
[QueryCompilationErrors|https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/catalyst/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/errors/QueryCompilationErrors.scala].
There are currently ~450 exceptions in this file; the work on this should be
broken up into multiple PRs. Comment to place a lock on this ticket.
