Migrate the following errors in QueryCompilationErrors:
* windowSpecificationNotDefinedError
* windowAggregateFunctionWithFilterNotSupportedError
* windowFunctionInsideAggregateFunctionNotAllowedError
* expressionWithoutWindowExpressionError
* expressionWithMultiWindowExpressionsError
* windowFunctionNotAllowedError
* cannotSpecifyWindowFrameError
* windowFrameNotMatchRequiredFrameError
* windowFunctionWithWindowFrameNotOrderedError
* multiTimeWindowExpressionsNotSupportedError
* sessionWindowGapDurationDataTypeError
* invalidLiteralForWindowDurationError
* emptyWindowExpressionError
* foundDifferentWindowFunctionTypeError
onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a
test per every error in QueryCompilationErrorsSuite.
