Summary: Use error classes in the execution errors of

Migrate the following errors in QueryExecutionErrors:
* sparkUpgradeInReadingDatesError
* sparkUpgradeInWritingDatesError
* timeZoneIdNotSpecifiedForTimestampTypeError
* cannotConvertOrcTimestampToTimestampNTZError
onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a
test per every error in QueryExecutionErrorsSuite.
